Which document formats are supported?
PDF, HWP, HWPX, and DOCX are supported across platforms. Additional document types and opening flows vary by platform.
Are documents, signatures, or stamps sent to a server?
No. Core document contents, signatures, and stamps are not uploaded to the Developer's server. Address search, advertising, and payment providers may process data needed for those separate services.
How are saved signatures and stamps protected?
Saved signatures, stamps, and edit-recovery data may be encrypted on-device and can be protected with device authentication on supported devices.
Can I remove ads?
A Remove Ads in-app purchase is available. Purchase and restoration are handled through the App Store or Google Play.
Is the signature certificate an official identity certificate?
No. It is an on-device activity record, not a third-party identity certificate or notarization. Legal validity depends on the document, parties, and jurisdiction.
