Sign It Already! Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
J.KUN (the “Developer”) operates Sign It Already! (the “App”). This policy explains data handling related to document processing, saved signatures and stamps, advertising, address search, and in-app purchases.
1. Documents, signatures, and stamps
Document contents, signatures, and stamps are not uploaded to or collected by the Developer's server. Core opening, editing, and export processing occurs on the user's device.
2. Saved signatures, stamps, and recovery data
Saved signature and stamp images and edit-recovery data may be encrypted on-device. Device authentication may be used where supported. This content is not sent to the Developer's server.
3. Google AdMob advertising
The App uses Google AdMob and UMP. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. Ad requests stop after the user purchases Remove Ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Address search
The App may use Kakao Daum's postal-code service for address search. Search terms and selected addresses may be processed by that service when the user chooses to search for an address.
5. In-app purchases
Remove Ads purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The Developer does not receive or store full payment details such as card numbers.
6. Third-party services
Google AdMob and UMP, Kakao Daum address search, Apple App Store, and Google Play process information under their own policies. The Developer does not sell user-created documents, signatures, or stamp content.
7. Legal effect of electronic signatures
The signature information page is an on-device activity record, not a third-party identity certificate or notarization. Some legal documents may not accept electronic signatures, and legal validity depends on the document, parties, and jurisdiction.
8. App deletion and data deletion
Deleting the App removes local app copies, saved signatures and stamps, and temporary working data according to normal operating-system behavior. Third-party retention follows each provider's policy.
