별꼴 튜너 개인정보처리방침

J.KUN(이하 “개발자”)은 별꼴 튜너(Oddball Tuner, 이하 “앱”)를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 마이크 입력, 광고, 인앱 구매 및 원격 테마 서비스와 관련해 처리될 수 있는 정보를 설명합니다.
1. 마이크와 음정 분석
- 앱은 악기 소리의 음정을 실시간으로 분석하기 위해 마이크 권한을 요청합니다.
- 마이크의 원시 오디오는 기기 안에서 처리되며 개발자 서버로 업로드하거나 음성 파일로 저장하지 않습니다.
- 마이크 권한을 허용하지 않으면 실시간 튜닝 기능을 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 계정과 직접 수집
앱은 계정 또는 회원가입 기능을 제공하지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 연락처, 정확한 위치를 개발자 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
3. Google AdMob 광고
앱은 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. Google은 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 부정 사용 방지 및 측정을 위해 광고 식별자, IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 위치, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 앱은 광고 요청 전에 Google UMP 동의 상태를 확인합니다.
- 필요한 지역에서는 앱에서 Google 광고 개인정보 옵션을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
- iOS에서는 필요한 경우 Apple의 App Tracking Transparency 권한 요청을 표시합니다. 추적을 허용하지 않아도 튜닝 기능은 제한되지 않습니다.
- 광고 콘텐츠는 G 등급으로 제한합니다.

4. 인앱 구매
테마와 관련 기능의 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 결제 시스템으로 처리됩니다. 스토어는 구매 처리와 복원을 위해 거래 및 계정 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 구매 권한을 확인하기 위해 스토어가 제공하는 구매 상태를 사용하며 개발자가 카드 번호와 같은 전체 결제 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
5. 원격 테마 카탈로그와 다운로드
앱은 HTTPS를 통해 원격 테마 카탈로그와 테마 자산을 확인하거나 다운로드할 수 있습니다. 이 요청에는 마이크 오디오가 포함되지 않습니다. 호스팅 서비스 또는 서버 로그는 파일 전달과 보안 운영을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각 및 일반적인 네트워크·기기 요청 메타데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
6. 제3자 제공과 판매
개발자는 마이크 오디오나 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고, 앱 스토어 및 호스팅 서비스의 처리는 각 제공자의 정책과 사용자의 선택에 따릅니다.
7. 보관과 삭제
앱 자체 설정과 구매 권한 캐시는 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 운영체제 정책에 따라 앱의 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 스토어 구매 기록은 Apple 또는 Google의 계정과 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.
8. 아동 개인정보
앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Oddball Tuner Privacy Policy

J.KUN (the “Developer”) operates Oddball Tuner (the “App”). This policy explains information that may be processed in connection with microphone input, advertising, in-app purchases, and remote theme services.
1. Microphone and pitch analysis
- The App requests microphone access to analyze instrument pitch in real time.
- Raw microphone audio is processed on the device and is not uploaded to the Developer’s server or stored as an audio file.
- Without microphone permission, real-time tuning cannot operate.
2. Accounts and direct collection
The App has no account or sign-up system and does not store names, email addresses, contacts, or precise location on the Developer’s server.
3. Google AdMob advertising
The App uses Google AdMob. Google may process an advertising identifier, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.
- The App checks Google UMP consent status before requesting ads.
- Where required, users can reopen Google ad privacy options in the App.
- On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request may be shown when required. Denying tracking does not restrict tuning features.
- Ad content is limited to a G rating.

4. In-app purchases
Theme and feature purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store may process transaction and account information to complete and restore purchases. The App uses store-provided purchase status to determine entitlement. The Developer does not receive or store full payment details such as card numbers.
5. Remote theme catalog and downloads
The App may check or download a remote theme catalog and theme assets over HTTPS. These requests do not include microphone audio. The hosting provider or server logs may process the IP address, request time, and ordinary network or device request metadata to deliver files and operate the service securely.
6. Third parties and sale
The Developer does not sell microphone audio or personal data. Advertising, app-store, and hosting-service processing follows each provider’s policy and the user’s choices.
7. Retention and deletion
App settings and purchase-entitlement caches may be stored on-device. Uninstalling the App removes local app data according to operating-system behavior. Store purchase history is managed by Apple or Google under their account policies.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
